We recommended the following upgrades to make your Scar 17 perform and look amazing:

1. *ELCAN SPECTER DR OPTIC – If there was only one upgrade you could choose, the optics are the most important. Elcan makes military grade optics. These optics are the same our special forces and elite combat units all over the world use. Go from 1.5x magnification to 6x with the flip of a switch. 1-4x and 1-3-9x models available. All include Red dot illuminated multi brightness internal LED and illuminated Bullet drop compensator with range finder and multi brightness cross hair illumination. These optics are the best tactical optics in the world, and do not require adjustment of eye relief or focus to switch between magnifications.
2. *GIESELLE SCAR SUPER TRIGGER – FN trigger is around 7lbs. Gieselle trigger brings an amazing 4lb two stage trigger which makes the gun shoot amazing.
3. *TACTICAL LINK ONE POINT SLING – Hands down the best one point sling ever made. Super strong to support Scar with maximum retention includes QD point installed on rear side of your Scar. If your Left Handed let us know.
4. *EXTENDED FRONT RAIL – KDG MLOK 6.5″ is the most popular upgraded front rail. Slim design and the ability to add rails only where you need. We also offer the Midwest 4.9″ quad rail ext front rail.
5. *KDG REAR STOCK – FN stock looks ugly, doesn’t match with the new color and performs poorly. This upgrade allows your stock to telescope with one hand and close the stock without pushing the button. Matches the new gold color and gun perfectly. This is one of the best functional upgrades that you can add.
6. GRIP POD BIPOD – Steel reinforced legs are military specification and allow you open the bipod with the push of your thumb. By far the best grip/bipod on the market. New model has QD lever on the side for quick detach.
7. KDG TRIANGLE or ANGLED CHARGING HANDLES – FN charging handle is smooth and straight. KDG Billet angled charging handles allow the operator to ergonomically charge the gun from either side with ease.
8. EXTRA MAGAZINES – The Scar 17s only accepts FN Magazines. We offer an upgraded billet T6 lower receiver that allows the use of Lancer Mags or Pmags upon request. Includes a last round open bolt catch.
9. HDD T6 ALUMINUM LOWER RECEIVER – Upgraded aluminum lower receiver allows you to use Lancer .308 Magazines or regular Pmags instead of FN Factory Magazines.
10. CUSTOM CUT PELICAN CASE – With all of your new upgrades, you need a quality hard case to protect your new baby. Depending on the upgrades you add to your rifle, we will custom cut your hard pelican case to fit your new custom Scar 17s perfectly. We include cut outs for extra magazines, tactical sling, suppressor, and anything else you want so you can have the bad ass custom case seen in the movies.

Pin point accuracy, downrange power, exceptional reliability and match winning versatility of the FN Scar 17, the semi-auto only version of the U.S. Special Operations Command’s newest service rifle. Chambered in 7.62x51mm, the FN Scar 17s features a free-floating, cold hammer-forged MIL-SPEC barrel with hard chromed bore. Fully-ambidextrous operating controls instantly adapt the FN Scar to any user or any shooting position. The receiver-integrated MIL-STD 1913 optical rail plus three accessory rails enable mounting of a wide variety of scopes, electronic sights, tactical lights and lasers. The telescoping, side-folding polymer stock is fully adjustable for comb height and length of pull, making the Scar 17 ideal for any combat situation.

This gun shoots a huge round that makes an impression when the trigger is pulled. If you are like me, a quality suppressor is a must have on any rifle, especially a 7.62x51mm .308.
